Pre-enrollment

Requirements for pre-enrollment and fees:

To access the University Master's Degree, it is essential to comply with the following requirements:

To have an official university degree with 240 ECTS that accredits the required level of Spanish and English, as well as a basic knowledge of the cultural, economic and business world of the EU and China.

The spanish language level must be at least B2 according to the European language framework: DELE B2 or SIELE B2.

There are a minimum of twenty places (20) and a maximum of eighty (80) for each course. A prior selection of the candidates will be made according to the fulfillment of the requirements demanded.

Documents to be submitted for pre-enrollment
1. Curriculum Vitae (CV model)
2. Photocopy of the academic transcript (Catalan or Spanish)
3. Letter of recommendation
4. Letter of motivation for the study of this Master
5. Photocopy of the official university diploma, or in its absence, a photocopy of the diploma application and/or academic certificate stating the date of graduation and obtaining of the diploma.
6. Pre-enrollment fee: Thirty euros and twenty-one cents (€ 30.21) must be paid by credit card on the UAB website.

* For the day of the final registration all foreign documents must be duly apostilled or legalized through the diplomatic channel in the consulate or embassy of Spain.*
* The UAB does not make refunds of pre-enrollment fees.

Steps:
1. Pre-enrollment:

Period: from January 16 to September 10th, every year.

Carry out the pre-enrollment through the official website of the UAB masters: http://www.uab.cat/servlet/Satellite/informacio-academica-dels-masters-oficials/sol-licitud-d-admissio-1345648554538.html
• Obtain the NIU (University Identification Number), if you already have it, access the pre-registration directly;
• Enter all the required data;
• Scan and upload all required documents;
• Pay the pre-enrollment fee (€ 30.21 non-refundable) with a bank card.
• Download the pre-registration voucher.


2. Reservation fee:
In approximately 15 days, the coordination of the master’s program will decide the admission or refusal of the candidate; the FUABFormació Center will contact via email the pre-admitted to settle the reservation fee.
The reservation fee must be settled within a maximum period of one week , by online payment*. If the fees are not paid during this period, the Center will be entitled to cover the vacancy with another candidate.
Reservation fees: 2.000€
* A link will be sent by email in order to carry out the payment of the reservation.

3. Enrollment:
The FUABFormació Center will provide the student with the day and time for enrollment; it will take place during the first half of September.
* If you cannot attend the registration without an acceptable justification, the CENTER will not refund the reservation fee.

4. Documents to be submitted for enrollment:
Students with EU diplomas:
• Registration form (to be provided by the FUABFormació Center).
• Original and photocopy (or certified copy) of the official diploma on both sides or voucher of the official diploma issuance fees.
• Original and photocopy (or certified copy) of the academic transcript of the EU degree.
• Photocopy of DNI/NIE/Passport.
• 2 carnet-sized photographs (original, not photocopied).
• If the student is part of the Spanish Numerous Family, original and photocopy of the Numerous Family Card (the individual card is not valid). If you are disabled, proof of
the degree of disability.
• If the student applied for the Spanish Ministry of Education Scholarship, an accreditation from AGAUR must be submitted.

Students with non-EU diplomas:
• Registration form (to be provided by the FUABFormació Center).
• Original and photocopy (or certified copy) of the official diploma translated into Spanish, duly approved or legalized by the Apostille Convention or through diplomatic
channels.
• Original and photocopy (or certified copy) of the academic transcript of the degree translated into Spanish, duly approved or legalized by the Apostille Convention or
through diplomatic channels.
• Photocopy of NIE/Passport.
• 2 carnet-sized photographs (original, not photocopied).
